"The service provided by Taxicode is appalling! I had to change my collection details due to a delayed flight. Not a person answers the phone number provided and even after numerous calls and a message no one got in touch with me to amend my booking. Eventually I managed to get in contact directly with EcoWheel and managed to change my timing with them. I shall never use Taxicode again after my experience. There is no customer service provided and that is a huge problem when dealing with flight timings/ collections! No one answers phones and no one returns calls . "
